By using this website or joining the Lagano waitlist, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Lagano is a language learning product currently under active development. This website exists to showcase the product and allow you to reserve early access. Features and availability may change prior to launch.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract and does not guarantee access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify everyone on the list before the public launch.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our forms, attempt to disrupt the service, or submit information that is not yours. Automated or bulk submissions are not permitted.
4. Intellectual property
The Lagano name, logo, and all content on this site are the property of Egean Software. They may not be reused without prior written permission.
5. Liability
This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
